Bachelor of Theology in Nepali (Hybrid)

Bachelor of Theology in Nepali (Hybrid)

It is four years intensive course in Nepali. The students are required to cover at least 36-40 subjects within four years. The program includes both theoretical study and practical field work. Students are required to complete 120 credit hours in four years

a.    Purpose

The purpose, in offering B.Th in Nepali is to produce well equipped leaders for the present and future church and to prepare them to be more efficient instruments of God in Christian mission and evangelism.

 b.   Objectives

The Bachelor of Theology course is designed to meet the academic need of the dedicated Christian candidates
a. to infuse firm foundation in Biblical teachings
b. to inculcate positive attitude towards the practical issues of the society with a true Christian perspective
c. to awaken and edify the hidden skills in diverse fields of study
d. to expose them to various trends of Christian Mission and Evangelism
e. to coach them to defend their Christian commitment and take active part in mobilizing the nationals for Christian ministry.

 ADMISSION

A.   Application for Admission

An application for admission to the  course requires the following:

a.     She/he should normally have been a member in good standing with local church for at least two years.

b.    A completed application form.

c.    Three completed references (see application for details).

d.    Official high school transcript.

e.    The applicable non-refundable application fee.

 A set of application forms is obtained from the Dean Office or download online.

 B.   Admission Requirements

ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Applicants for admission are required to complete and submit an application form with four pass port size photo, transcripts of previous studies, church pastor’s recommendation letter with baptismal date and activity mentioned, health certificate from government recognized medical doctor and five hundred words of personal testimony in Nepali.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

All tuition Fees and other fees must be paid in Nepali currency. Students are required to pay tuition fees at the time of registration in each semester.
